Vegetable Garden Updated - March 30, 2026
Today we made a trellis for the tomatoes!
Supplies needed for this endeavor were:
- Cattle Fence Panel 4-gauge (50"x16') - we had to have this delivered for a fee because it was too big to get into our minivan.
- Garden fence posts - we used the ones we had laying around
- Fence clips
- Post driver
This video provided us with the inspiration.
The end result wasn't quite as neat at the one in the video, but it seems secure and should hold our tomato plants this summer. The building did involve a bit of cursing, but the post driver helped a lot. Don't know why we didn't get one sooner.
