Backyard Birdwatching

Our backyard is filled with birds this summer, and the Eastern bluebirds are among my favorites. We’ve had two bluebird families nest in our backyard in just the last few months.

Their shades of blue varies with the season, with bright blue in the spring and turning an almost purple color as the summer progresses.
